What are the Cosplay Corner and Founders’ Program?
The Cosplay Corner is a sub brand under All That i Can Play- a lifestyle brand for Black women whose interests include fantasy, gaming, nature, and the arts. ATICP offers products, services, and neurodivergent-friendly events catered to our cultural leisure activities. Cosplay Corner is an exclusive member area that is part of our public store for Black women cosplay enthusiasts and lifestylers. We offer a barter system where secondhand cosplay items are available for purchase through contributions from the members. The Founders’ Program is our pilot program to test the system and get feedback from real members before officially launching.
How does it work?
Members who want to contribute to the store will fill out a form for the items (this will be included on your application), including a requested value for each or a total for all as a package and other item details. After submitting the request and ATICP review, we will email you with a final valuation on the item(s) to accept or decline. If you accept, you will receive a shipping label through email to send your items in. Once we receive your items, you will receive credits (1:1 credits-dollars) in the amount of the agreed upon value. You can then use your credits to purchase items in the store.

A few extra things you may be wondering- the shipping is free during the program and the perk of 6 months after; there will be no further negotiations once a final valuation is offered; there are no negative consequences for declining an offer; items can only be purchased with credits and additional credits can be purchased at any time; items will be valued higher than what the contributor received once posted to the store; credits never expire; there is a 7-day period of grace for the contributor to purchase their item(s) back at the original valuation.

What Do You Get?
Founder’s Badge- you will receive a Founder’s badge on your member profile once the store launches. This is exclusive to this program and Founder benefits are offered to badge holders after launch.
Early Access & Insights- Founders get priority access to new products, updates, and behind-the-scenes developments.
Community Engagement- opportunities to provide feedback and shape the direction of the Cosplay Corner.
Exclusive Benefits- Free shipping; auto-enrollment in our Referral Agent program once launched (no participation necessary); invitations for future pilot programs and focus groups; special thank you gift; Founders’ discounts and perks after public launch.

What’s Required from You?
We ask that you provide feedback to help us refine our policies and systems and for at least one contribution to the store. We highly encourage you to make at least one purchase as well, but it is not required. The program will be 3 months, you can cancel anytime, and we ask for your participation in a 1-hour focus group or 30 minute 1-1 meeting (this is required). You will have a member profile and account to set up once we receive your first contribution.
