1. Introduction
Welcome to All That I Can Play (“ATICP”), a lifestyle brand dedicated to Black women in fantasy, gaming, nature, and the arts. We offer products, services, and neurodivergent-friendly events that celebrate our cultural leisure activities. Our mission is to promote, cultivate, and reinforce Black girl joy and magic in whatever we want, wherever we are.
By using ATICP’s services—including its sub-brands THEE Emporium, THEE Emporium’s Cosplay Corner, and THEE NexSis—you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using ATICP’s platform.
2. Membership & Eligibility
2.1 Membership Types
ATICP offers membership-based access to its various programs:
- NexSis Membership – Full access to ATICP, including events, barter system, and store discounts.
- Cosplay Corner Membership – Exclusive barter system for cosplay-related items.
- Emporium Access – Purchase new and secondhand lifestyle items at members-only pricing.
- Public access areas/membership – Limited access To ATICP to anyone who visits the sites including events and the store.
2.2 Eligibility
- Exclusive memberships are for Black women only
- Members must be 21+ years old to participate in purchases, bartering, or events.
5. Events & Services
5.1 Event Access & Participation
ATICP hosts both virtual and in-person events, including but not limited to:
- Cosplay meet-ups & workshops
- Gaming tournaments & social mixers
- Business development sessions
- Members-only showcases
5.2 Service Offerings
ATICP provides various services to its members. Fees may apply for premium service access, and bookings must comply with service terms outlined in individual agreements.
6. Liability & Risk Disclaimer
6.1 General Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge all inherent risks associated with barter exchanges, event participation, and service engagements. ATICP makes no guarantees regarding resale success, pricing fluctuations, or item valuations.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
ATICP shall not be liable for:
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Loss or damage to barter items once submitted.
- Delays due to third-party service providers (e.g., shipping carriers, event hosts).
- Unfulfilled business or personal expectations tied to participation.
6.3 Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify ATICP against claims, losses, or damages related to:
- Misrepresentation of contributed items.
- Breach of barter or membership guidelines.
- Unauthorized use of barter credits or event resources.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
ATICP reserves the right to:
- Modify membership terms, pricing, and barter rules without prior notice.
- Discontinue programs, services, or events based on operational needs.
- Revoke membership for fraudulent activity or abuse of program benefits.
- Members may cancel their profile anytime while retaining earned credits.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
- ATICP’s branding, logos, and materials remain exclusive property of ATICP.
- Submitted items belong to ATICP once shipped and maintain resale rights for barter transactions.
- Participants may not misuse ATICP branding or proprietary resources without permission.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
- Disputes shall first be attempted via informal negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Maryland.
By participating, members acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
